Attie Lois Torrey

     Attie Lois Torrey, 86 of St. Pauls was born November 6, 1935 in Robeson Co. to the late Will and Glemmie Mauldin and departed this life May 23, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

     In addition to her parents, Lois is preceded in death by one brother, Elbert Mauldin and two sisters, Erma Kinlaw and Alice Stewart.

     Lois leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 62 years, Henry A Torrey of the home; two sons, William J. Torrey and wife Melody and Robert A. Torrey all of St. Pauls; two daughters, Beverly Torrey Gentry of St. Pauls and Belinda Torrey Powers of Hope Mills; nine grandchildren, Daniel Powers, Dustin Powers, Matt Torrey, Devon Torrey, Seth Torrey, Jeramiah Gentry, Joshua Gentry, James Gentry and Tara Gentry; seven great grandchildren, Brooklin Freeman, Jacobs Gentry, Keedan Gentry, Gerome Gentry, Isaiah Gentry, Chloe Powers and Jacey Gentry and a host of other relatives and friends.

  Mama was so blessed, she prayed for her children, her church and this world.  Mama was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and an active member of Great Marsh Baptist Church.

     In Lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Great Marsh Baptist Church in honor of Attie Lois Torrey.
