Beatrice Mary Lucille Sparks

Beatrice Mary Lucille Sparks, age 91 of St. Pauls was born February 5, 1933 in Deloit, Iowa to the late Levi Plain and Lucille Charlotte Arlene Plain and departed this life, February 19, 2024 at GlenFlora Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lumberton.

In addition to her parents, Beatrice is preceded in death by her husband, Leslie L. Sparks; her daughter, Mary Wooten; three brothers, Dennis Plain, Laramie Plain and Harry Plain and two sisters, Joyce Plain and Lois Hester.

Beatrice leaves to cherish her memories and mourn her passing two sons, Jesse Sparks and wife, Sheatina of Alexis and George Sparks and wife, Ann Floyd of St. Pauls; her son in-law, John Wooten of Stanley; three brothers, Leaworth Plain of Salt Lake City, Utah, Luther Plain of Lohrville, Iowa and Frank Plain of Woodbine, Iowa; four sisters, Genevieve Carlyle of Roland, Iowa, Gwen Lingle and Isabella Blalock both of Denison, Iowa and Emily Winsor of Pocatello, Idaho; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Beatrice was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
