Charles Jeffery Monroe

Charles Jeffery Monroe, 63, of St. Pauls, NC was born August 8, 1958 in Robeson Co., to the late Roy Lindsey & Mearl Monroe and departed this life, June 15, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Wayne Monroe and Clarence "CL" Monroe.

Charles leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Donna C. Monroe of the home; two daughters, Sarah Durden (Frank) and Becky Willoughby (Justin) all of St. Pauls; one sister, Joyce Goza of Edneyville, NC; three grandchildren, Waylen, Avery and Layla; and a host of other relatives and friends.
