Connie Blount

Connie G. Blount, 65, of Fayetteville died Thursday February 4, 2021, at Village Green. She was born in Robeson County on December 27, 1955 to the late Jay and Willie Ruth Perry Blount. She worked in vocational rehabilitation. She loved her dog Coco and enjoyed word search puzzles. A music fan, she loved listening to Michael Jackson. Preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Willie Ruth Blount, she is survived by brothers, Robert Maurice Blount (Faye), William Curtis Blount (Sandy Jo), and Thomas Lane Blount; cousins and guardians, Mike and Anita Williams; cousins, Sheree Beck Lopez (Steve), and Yvonne Beck and family; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date. The family is being served by McNeill Mackie Funeral Home of St. Pauls.
