Cutlar Lee Ballance, Jr.

Cutlar Lee Ballance, Jr., 74, died at home on September 22, 2022. Cutlar was born September 10, 1948, to the late Cutlar Lee Ballance and Mary Frances Harrell Ballance of St. Pauls, N.C.

Cutlar enjoyed Scotland during his four years of service in the U.S. Navy. A graduate of East Carolina University, his career was in accounting and as controller for the Carolina Inn, Chapel Hill.

Cutlar is missed and will be remembered for his bright mind, quickness, sense of humor, and love of life by his longtime girlfriend, Jacquelyn Logan; his sister, Mary Frances Wheeler(Charles) and family; his surviving cousins and many friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., October 20, 2022, at the St. Pauls Presbyterian Church, 228 North Old Stage Road in St. Pauls, with interment in the church cemetery.
