Frances Miller

Frances Anna Miller, 65, of Williston, Florida died Sunday April 17, 2011 at North Florida Regional Hospital in Gainesville, FL. She was born in Miami, FL  November 17, 1945 to the late David George Swartz and Ruby Jean Thomas.  She graduated from Palmetto Senior High School in South Miami in 1964. She was a homemaker and returned to Williston, FL  with her husband, Tom, after a 25 year stay in Mauriceville, Texas. Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ira Miller, she is survived by 2 sons, Bill Califf, III and his wife Sherry and Jim Califf of Newberry; grandsons, Kyle Califf and William (Butch) Califf, IV of Gainesville; sisters, Nancy S. Mackie and her husband Duncan of St. Pauls, NC, Patti Reid of Orlando, FL. & Penny Leonard of Belize; brothers, Jim Swartz of Punta Gorda, FL. and David G. Swartz, Jr. of  Vero Beach, FL; and step-son Tim Miller of Bronson, FL. Memorial Services and inurnment at sea will be at a later date.
