James E. Dallas, 52, of White Oak, NC died Saturday December 16, 2017. He was born August 4, 1965 in Corpus Christi, TX. He was known by many for his skill as an exceptional pool player and he was a sharp shooter when it came to darts, winning many tournaments. James loved to make people laugh and enjoy themselves and he was the life of the party. He loved handing out roses to ladies, enjoying the smiles that brought. He fought a great battle with cancer being a four-time survivor and now his life is being celebrated. James was dearly loved by all who knew him. Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Allie Mae Butler, he is survived by his wife, Charlie Ann; mother, Evelyn Dowless Cunningham; sisters, Helene Dowless Muzquiz and her husband Daniel and Michelle Cunningham Watts; brother, Jessie Calahan; In-laws, TR & Judy, Annette & Jerry McCutcheon and Linda Whited; children, Misty Webber and Christy Terrell; grandchildren, Lil’ Dallas, Decklynn, Jackie “JJ” James, Cheyenne, Hailie, Kaylie, Beth, and Emma; nieces, Sierra, Megan, Hayden, Kelsey, Mika, Melissa, Diane, and Sherry; nephews, Chad, Alex, Zak, Seth, Dakota, BJ and Jerry Wayne; great nephew, Maximus Kayn; and many other family members. A Funeral Service is scheduled for Tuesday December 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM at McNeill Mackie Funeral Home of St. Pauls with a Visitation being held Monday December 18, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will occur at the family cemetery in Bellmead, Texas. Arrangements by McNeill Mackie Funeral Home of St. Pauls.
