Thomas Edward Shaver, 48, of Goldsboro, died Sunday 8/14/11 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. He was born in Cumberland County February 6, 1963. He is survived by his parents, Harvey and Joyce Beasley Shaver of Fayetteville, NC; aunts, Barbara McBee and husband Jim of St. Pauls, NC, Jean Deboe, and Wilma Sargent of Michigan; uncles, Henry C. Beasley and wife Sadie of Lumberton, NC, Archie W. Brown and wife Elaine of St. Pauls, NC and Freddie N. Brown and wife Laura of Fayetteville, NC. Visitation will be at McNeill Mackie Funeral Home, Wednesday 8/17/2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM with funeral services at the funeral home chapel scheduled for Thursday 8/18/2011 at 1:00 PM, Reverend Dennis Sheppard officiating. The family will have a private burial.
