Troy Fisher, Jr.

Troy Edward Fisher, Jr., 55, of St. Pauls, died Monday August 30, 2021 at UNC Southeastern. He was born on February 1, 1966 in Wise, Virginia to Geraldine Phillips Bullington and the late Troy Fisher, Sr. He was a big Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed NASCAR Racing. Troy liked watching professional wrestling and he was fond of fishing. He is going to be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Troy Fisher Sr., maternal grandparents, Elgia and Rosa Phillips and paternal grandparents, Edward and Mae Fisher. He is survived by his daughter, Haliegh Fisher and grand-daughter Aleigha Fisher; mother, Geraldine Bullington; sister, Pamela St. Arnaud; nephew, Dakota Anderson; and many friends. McNeill Mackie Funeral Home of St. Pauls is serving the family.
