Vickie Cain Lambert

Vickie Cain Lambert, age 61 of Fayetteville, NC was born September 28, 1962 in Cumberland Co. to the late Joseph A. and Emma Louise Cain and departed this life for heavenly home on March 29, 2024 at Angel House Hospice Care Center in Whiteville.

In addition to her parents, Vickie is preceded in death by a brother, Alton Cain.

Vickie leaves to cherish her memories and mourn her passing one son, Brandon Lambert of Chapel Hill; Britney Ward of Fayetteville; one brother, Johnny Cain and wife Debbie of Fayetteville; five sisters, Kathryn Powers and husband, Oscar of Virginia, Donna Holland and husband David, Dinah Mauldin and husband, Jackie and Nancy Cain Pruett all of Fayetteville and Marie Cain of Lumberton; two grandchildren, Kaidence Ward and Emma Ward, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Vickie was a registered nurse for 30 years working throughout this region.  She loved the beach, and her favorite hobby was reading.  Vickie will be missed by all who knew her!
