Victoria Lee Locklear, 48, of Fayetteville, NC died Sunday May 26, 2013 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She was born November 4, 1964 in Nassau County, New York to Gracie Locklear and the late Theodore Drake Locklear. A U.S. Army Veteran, she was employed by Home Depot in Fayetteville. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Derrick Van Linton; sisters, Margie Locklear, Melody Locklear McNair, Mirriam Smith, and Tanya Hunter; brothers, Charles Locklear, Carey D. Locklear, Charles Flax and Timothy Hunter; nephews, Dock L. McNair, Jr., Syrus Gaddy, Bless Hanna, Quinn Hanna, Frederick Locklear, Joseph Beeks, Brian Smith, Jamel Locklear, Terence Poole, and Tory Hunter; nieces, Takeyla McNair, Tanisha McNair, Tiana McNair, Aja Walker, Naya Brown, Brenda Locklear, Nora Locklear, Cheryl Locklear, Vanessa Locklear, Latasha Locklear, Pamela Jacobs, April Locklear, Cassandra Smith, Diamond Locklear, Lawana A. Holmes, Jamie Tindal, Monique Williams, Tyasia Hunter, and Lola Monae Hunter; and a host of friends. A service in Celebration of Victoria's Life will be held Saturday June 1, 2013, at 2:00 PM at McNeill Mackie Funeral Home in St. Pauls. Arrangements by McNeill Mackie Funeral Home.
